Five Plus stars for filming in the Highlands. less stars for acting & plot. I wonder if Siobhan Finneran has any other expressions than that of O'Brien from Downton Abbey? Having never seen Breaking Bad I've no clue as to Laura Fraser's acting - i just give her credit for being from the nearby area. Filmed the summer months of 2016. It was interesting to view the bonus interviews & the scenery authentic. The Loch itself is somewhat overwhelming to sit & view, dark, so calm it's eerie & the depth is near disbelief. The Ft. Augustus Locks (at the bottom end of LochNess are easily seen just with a G search, a drone captures the beauty. The Caledonian Canal & Locks, also easy to find, wonderful to walk the paths along the banks. The Locks at the upper end of the loch are easily walkable from the town rail & bus station. I'd have been more interested had the story of the Brahan Seer & the development of the locks from the Irish sea through the land out to the Atlantic been the subject. If Nessie is your interest you'll find no shortage of gee-gaws in the area.
