As Caraher discovers, no business can survive without eventually hiring a twenty-something, whether for reasons of budget or specialty. But how do you deal with the "me generation" in the office?
First, you separate the stereotype from the human. While articles have been typecasting Millenials for years as the most lazy and self-obsessed group of Americans, the author works hard to part myth from reality. Are there differences in the work styles and career expectations of different generations? Of course, but they need not be bad, just different.
Do you work with millenials? Are you one? Give this a try. I was only a little offended throughout.
