A very chatty sort of book, and somewhat disorganized. There are lots of anecdotes, and the tips are embedded in the text and quickly followed by other material making it hard to take note of them. There are many suggestions it makes, but gives no tools to make do them, for example, assessment of one's negotiation style (by contrast, the book "Bargaining For Advantage" had several tools). Lots of self advertisement and promotion of the website. No notes or bibliography.
