I really enjoyed this book! I thought that it was the perfect length, and was able to develop the story fully. At times it was a little bit predictable, however it was still thoroughly enjoyable. There are so many important morals to learn in this book, and I found that it inspired me to be kinder and more generous to everyone. The characters were very well developed, and there were many that you grow to care deeply for. My favourite part of the book was the happy ending, which left me feeling pleased and satisfied. If you enjoy reading classics, I would highly recommend giving this book a try. I think that it would be appropriate and enjoyable for all ages, as well! @PenelopeScriptor of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library I read this when I was a little girl and it was a pleasant surprise when I found this at the library. A Little Princess is the classic novel about how Sara Crewe, a very kind and genuine girl goes from riches to rags but still keeps her gentle and compassionate spirit through it all. Sara shows that being a princess does not mean one has all the wealth in the world but rather that one is good to others. Although it is a children’s book, this has a message that we all should live by! -@freshprinceofbooks of The Hamilton Public Library's Teen Review Board
