PLOT OR PREMISE:
Ranger needs Stephanie to find out what's going on with Dickie Orr, her ex-husband. Which she does, in normal Stephanie fashion - she brings the crazy.
.
WHAT I LIKED:
Dickie going missing is no big deal, but at least it's the basis for a decent plot. Sort of, anyway. But the exploding taxidermy makes up for it. Plus everyone's views on the cable company.
.
WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE:
Very little -- even Joyce and Dickie were okay this go around. The flamethrower was a bit over the top though
.
DISCLOSURE:
I received no compensation, not even a free copy, in exchange for this review. I am not personal friends with the author, nor do I follow her on social media.

This was yet another entertaining Stephanie Plum adventure. Her ex is back and we get to see just how obnoxious he can be. Grandma Mazur gives another boyfriend a test run and Lulu continues to be sweet on Tank. Stephanie finds new ways to get herself and those around her into hot water. She and Lulu are like the Lucy and Ethel of the mystery series. A really fun read. Looking forward to the next installment.

Very amusing, as always. Very frustrating, as always. I am baffled that anyone can live a life so chaotic and do nothing to straighten it out. However, the stories would not be nearly as good if Stephanie was organized, did her laundry & grocery shopping, maintained her cars - all the things the rest of us do. I have loved every one of the Stephanie Plum novels and I hope they continue for along time to come.

Do enjoy reading this series. They keep you hooked to the end. However, they definitely have some racist undertones.
