Easy read. I wasn't 100% happy with the ending and I have a few unanswered questions, but it was a good book.

Per my tablet, apparently I was 40% into the book when I had to stop. I was so bored with the story. I couldn't take it anymore. There was way too much fluff and extra inconsequential details, that it detracted from where the story was seeming to go. This is the second book I have read (or tried to read) on Reese's book list. I didn't care for the other book either. Apparently Reese and I don't agree on books.

Another so-so book from Reese's picks. Not sure what the mystery was here? Very boring and characters were not interesting. I love suspense which this book was desperately lacking.

Another set of unsympathetic, unlikable characters with a contrived story line.

Something in the Water had me fully engaged for about the first third of the book, and then the plot became sloppy, boring and SO frustrating to read! Erin, became greedy and impulsive, in a rather short period of time. For someone who supposedly researches for a living, she sure made some stupid decisions. Mark's character isn't developed enough to really understand his thought process in the end. His change of heart seemed too convenient and misplaced. To top everything off, I actually had to reread the last 4 paragraphs because I was sure I missed something... but nope! Just a feeble attempt at a twist that was again, incredibly predictable. I felt that this story could have had so much potential, but ultimately fell flat. My only recommendation would be to pass on this one.

The plot sounded intriguing but I just could not get into the book. I read 70-80 pages and did not finish it. I liked the concept but just felt the execution was too far-fetched.

Loved this! It's kind of a thriller meets chick lit. I couldn't put it down. FIVE STARS!

I read this book in one day, it was fantastic and I couldn't put it down. The intro definitely hooked me and I enjoyed the mystery the whole way through.

Got 50 pages into it and found I was looking forward to cleaning the toilet instead of continuing to read the book. Quit and returned it to the library. She's a good writer, but after the first couple of pages, not engaging at all.

I liked that this book was a mystery but thought the story line was totally unrealistic and I could not believe it. I had to finish the book to see what happened but otherwise would not recommend it. REESE'S book club missed the mark on this one!
