It's an interesting insight into anxiety from a person's first hand experiences - although she also has a few other issues on top of just anxiety, but it's a good read to put things into perspective and offers very easy ways of managing and picturing anxiety that everyone can do. It's always nice to know that you are not alone.

If you are living with anxiety or living with someone with anxiety, and isn't' that all of us? - I highly recommend this book! This is not a step-by-step book on how to get rid of anxiety, although there are a lot of suggestions on how to cope with anxiety. It's more a reflection on how to appreciate your whole self, including the anxiety. I thought it was beautifully written.
