Lynn Crawford is a well known name amongst Canadian chefs, regularly appearing on many national television shows.
The photography of her dishes, in this book is breath taking. As they say, you eat with your eyes.
Her recipes are simple and straightforward.
The seasonal menus take advantage of Canadian foods at their peak.

Definitely worth a look and even one to consider for purchase!
