Great photographs and helpful ideas for adults for what to say in a way a child could relate.

I love this book. It doesn't seem like a book specifically for kids, but for all ages. It's lighthearted on the surface, but deals with the subject legitimately, in a real, effective and down-to-earth manner.

I completely agree with the previous reviewer. My daughter has a severe anxiety disorder and reading this with book with her, helped her to feel more comfortable talking about and processing her anxieties. I highly recommend it!

I absolutely recommend this to anyone who knows someone who has severe anxiety issues. This is a great introduction to how it feels, expressed with clarity and without exaggeration.

What a great way to make the subject relatable for young ones. The language is informative but simple enough that those inflicted with the horrible beast that is anxiety, even at a young age, can understand. There's a light at the end of the tunnel for all us nervous birds

Great book on mental health for children and the grown ups who care about them. Using beautiful and often humorous photos of different birds to illustrate and explain what anxiety can feel like and coping strategies that can help, this book is a winner.
