As the title describes this book looks at the theoretical and applied physics involved in an hypothetical day that includes an airplane flight and a doctor's visit. There is some duplication in the various products described as they operate under similar processes but overall the book is interesting and worth reading if you are interested. Though not technical to an advanced degree it is not necessarily an easy read,especially if you unfamiliar with some of the terminologies.
