This is an excellent book on designing a print book using Adobe InDesign. It's technical, deep, and thorough. Written by two masters. I was looking for page-design ideas, and I found about 10 of them in one chapter. This is not what you need to design a Kindle book. But for learning how to use InDesign for book projects (type, layout, spacing, master pages, ...) it's a great book.
