Offers some great recipes for gluten free living, whether the reader is new to the experience or an experienced baker/cook of gluten free.

The recipes are easily adaptable for a variety of tastes. I like using cookbook recipes as springboards or inspiration for what my family & I like.

Personally, I prefer to make my own flour blends, but using Bob's Red Mill blend(s) makes the recipes even more accessible to the home cook.
