Some great ideas for being more mindful. I appreciate that Rubin doesn't promote a one size fits all philosophy, but I grew bored and a lot of the recommendations seemed to blend together as I listened to this audiobook. Overall I wasn't left with any real memorable takeaways.

Rubin had some great ideas that I think are worth doing. Not everything was my thing - like building a secret mountain scene in my kitchen cabinet- but Rubin is clear that she is doing things that make her happy and that everyone is different. She is only trying to "be Gretchen." Since I listened to this in the car, I want to get the book so that I can take notes.
