I really loved this book. It's about a twelve-year old girl named Caelie who is suffering from domestic violence and has had enough of life. Then her teacher gives her an assignment to write a letter to any celebrity. Caelie decides to write to a fictional character, Amy, from her favorite television show. She writes about her miserable life and how she wants to escape it, hoping no one will read it and wishing for help at the same time. Caelie sends the letters to the woman who portrayed Amy in the show, and that's when her life drastically changes. "Trust Me" was one of the first books I'd read from the Teenage section, and it has since been one of the best ones I've read. I think this author is way underrated than she should be, and I can't wait for the next book in the series: Escaping the Shadow
