Despite being an "unofficial" guide, most or all of the information provided is accurate. There's a summary and guide to every episode of the first season, including information on the songs, as well as goofs and errors, and comparisons to Ryan Murphy's show "Popular".
If you live, breathe, and eat Glee, this book is worth a read.
