I haven't been an avid fan of Calvin but my son, who grew up with it, certainly was.
nevertheless this was a very good doc on Watterson, comics in general, and C&H

A gushing tribute to the comic strip that provides the opportunity for the filmmaker to voice his and others' admiration for Bill Watterson. I absolutely love Calvin & Hobbes and it was great to identify with other people about how much it really meant to us. Otherwise, there's not much information here I didn't already know. It did have a few drawings and other items that I had not seen before which coupled with my nostalgia is enough to make the doc completely worthwhile.
