This is a terrific book of tools; I took extensive notes from it, and doubtless it will - already has - proven helpful.

A helpful guide to improving your writing, no matter how much (or how little) writing experience you have.

Clark offers 50 "tools"--compact lessons with examples and assignments--for writing more clearly, concisely, and fluently.

I read the entire book, did a few of the exercises in depth, and came away enthused about writing.
