A well-written piece on becoming happier in your daily life, well worth your time.

Also, at 236 pages, it's not a long investment.

This book is quite easy to read and informative. It makes the reader think about the perspective with which they they approach life.

Tho not a formula for becoming happy, the awareness of the behaviors discussed could result in happiness desired and the resultant advantages.
