Agree with other comments. This is not my favorite of Denise Austin. She's a little hard to follow and she goes a little to quickly between movements. If you watched it a few times I'm sure you could learn the steps/movements.
I probably won't get it again, just because I have others of hers that I like better

This is a great workout, and like the others mentioned, I don't think it's for beginners. The music isn't very good on this DVD so I just put the volume on mute and listened to my own music. DVD allows you to do a warm up (5 min) a cardio workout (20 min) and then a cool down.

One is straight cardio, the other weights and both are half an hour. Good workouts and intensity. Probably for people who are intermediate.

*Great! Best for those that are at an intermediate or advanced level of physical activity; not for beginners, maybe too strenuous. *Good if you want to change your physical activity regime, and good to add variety to your workout.
