This is a great workout. cardio circuits, toning and a core workout. this chick kick some serious exercises A##.

Very effective workout and at 35 minutes long, is just the right amount of time for busy people.

The workouts were great, especially the moves that incorporated hand weights. Don't expect to achieve a six-pack in six weeks (as the title implies) without having a relatively lean figure to start with.

Excellent program! Jillian Michaels targets all the key areas, and is an excellent instructor too! Even with a back problem I found the modification helpful. An effective workout!

I was hoping for a mat workout but this workout uses anything but the traditional crunches. There is a large cardio and plyometric component in the Level 1 workout, to help shed fat. This was not kind to my knees. The Level 2 workout was actually easier because there was less cardio and more direct abs work. Do both together for a good hour of sweat. My fitness level is high and I was dripping with sweat by the end.

I really enjoyed this DVD. It's one of her better ones! The workout is definitely strenuous (even on level one) and you don't spend the whole time flat on your back.

Fantastic workout that is only 30 minutes but you will feel the burn! Interval training with multiple muscle groups working together to burn more calories. Great DVD for the collection.
