As another comment states "THIS IS A BOOT CAMP" if you want results and are willing to put in the effort it will keep you engaged and you will find that it is worth it. I found the meal plan was great - I was already eating all of the foods used in the recipes and enjoyed learning new ways to cook or combine them. I found that the portions were more than enough for me. Good luck - this really works and keeps you from being bored with the same old routine.

This is a boot camp... which means you need to be ready to put in 1 to 2 hrs of exercise per day as well as follow one of her meal plans with no substitutions. It is a lot of work but is worth it.

I'm glad I checked it out before I purchased the book. It's not a good fit for me.

For example, the food plan lacks information about nutrition so it's difficult to substitute foods. I didn't understand her expectation for what's good to eat. It's hard to work through the morning on one cup of berries and a spoonful of sweetener.

I had to stop and start the video for the exercises and that made it difficult to keep up my momentum doing exercises that are very unfamiliar.

It's rare to find someone who has the time to commit to this rigorous a program and I found that I was skeptical that she guaranteed "perfection" if you eat her food plan, do her cardio, and do her three sets of exercises for 30 days.
