A novel about three generations of women living in one space--recently divorced Joannie, living with her teenage daughter Caroline and her mother Ivy. The author moves between the characters exploring the struggles they each face as they learn to live together and to deal with Joannie's ex-husbands planned marriage and impending fatherhood. Very enjoyable, good book.
