CBA bestselling author, New York Times bestselling author -- Donald Miller explores the origin and meaning of redemption in this fully revised and redesigned bestseller. Hysterically funny, wryly provocative, and disquietingly insightful, Searching for God Knows What invites readers to examine their deep need for redemption, to feel it, know it, and live like it is true in their lives.Miller weaves phenomenal characters and true-to-life spectacles into his acclaimed memoir style to enrich, inspire, entertain, and ultimately challenge readers to see life in a new way. I was so disappointed that the author felt the need to repeatedly praise the Clintons and deride conservatives in both subtle and not-so-subtle ways throughout the book. I became disgusted. Politics aside, for someone claiming to live a life of Christian standards while favoring the actions of proven adulterers and liars was too much of a double standard for me to stomach. I will not read this author again.

I have read this book twice and sometimes I still pick it up and read the parts I have underlined. I felt like a kindred spirit with Donald Miller as he shared some of his spiritual journey. Some great thoughts!
