A wonderful selection of recipes. Especially interesting were the ones using bulgur and whole wheat. Boreks are definitely on my 'to do' list!

This is a beautiful book. The recipes are authentic and delicious, the photography is spectacular and the insights into the culture are interesting. I liked the book so much I bought it.
