First book I've read by this author
Like Scorching Sun said "no high drama" but a good summer read.

No real high drama here. Reads like a comic book. As such, it's a lot of fun.

I think the Elemental Assassin series is Jennifer Estep strongest work so far. It’s not as light-hearted as the BigTime series but the writing has improved and there are continued consequences to actions in the books. Gin Blanco is easy to get attached to as is the world she inhabits. There is the smallest of ties to the BigTime series (namely through fashion) though both are set in very different environments.

This is a great series by this author. I would definitely recommend this series to anyone who enjoys reading the fantasy genre. Second in the series.

This book really sucked me in. Good writing. It reminds me of Patricia Brigg's Mercy books in tone and voice - though with no shifters and more magic. This is book 2, definitely read in order.

This is a super great book. I like where this series is going.

Read in order though.
