This is an excellently, sensitively, comprehensively written audio about vegerianiasm. Mr. Foer does not pound the reader with arguments; he expresses thet he himself was on and off that path for years. Very well written, and the reader does a good job.

Eye opening, life changing - the truth about our meat and an explanation as to how factory farming is the biggest contributor to global warming on the planet. Amazing facts and research.

This should be a must read for anyone who eats (animal or no). The author gets a little repetitive at times, but if you listen to it like I did, you can zone out for a minute or two. Very informative and sad to realize how little I knew about where my food came from....puts the trips to the grocery store in a whole new light.
